Reinforced Composite Drainage Geonet is a multi-functional composite material that integrates drainage, filtration, and reinforcement. It is optimized on the basis of ordinary composite drainage geonet by increasing the thickness of the geonet core and enhancing the tensile strength of the non-woven geotextile. It can not only discharge seepage water quickly but also enhance the bearing capacity of the foundation, disperse stress, and prevent foundation deformation, which is suitable for highway and railway projects.
Production Process: Select high-quality HDPE material (density ≥ 0.94 g/cm³) to produce the geonet core, and increase the number and thickness of the vertical ribs and inclined supports of the geonet core to enhance the compressive strength and drainage capacity. The upper and lower layers of non-woven geotextiles adopt high-strength polypropylene fiber, which is processed by needle punching to enhance the tensile strength and filtration performance. The composite process adopts hot-melt bonding + needle punching composite technology, which makes the connection between the geonet core and the non-woven geotextile more firm, and integrates the three functions of drainage, filtration, and reinforcement.
