Composite Drainage Geonet is an integrated composite drainage material, which is composed of a three-dimensional geonet core (HDPE material) and upper and lower layers of non-woven geotextiles. It integrates the functions of drainage, filtration, and reinforcement, with excellent drainage efficiency, which can quickly discharge the seepage water in the project, prevent water accumulation and erosion, and is especially suitable for projects that require fast drainage.
Production Process: Adopt the advanced composite production technology. First, extrude the high-density polyethylene (HDPE) into a three-dimensional network core with vertical ribs and inclined supports through the extruder, forming a continuous drainage channel; then compound the upper and lower layers of polypropylene non-woven geotextiles (filtration layer) on the geonet core by hot-melt bonding, ensuring that the composite is firm and the drainage channel is unobstructed. The non-woven geotextile can effectively intercept soil particles and prevent the drainage channel from being blocked. The whole production process is automatic, with strict control of product thickness and drainage performance.
