Application Scenario: Specifically designed for lining industrial drainage channels, including chemical plant wastewater channels, power plant cooling water channels, factory sewage ditches, and mining drainage systems. It prevents soil erosion and groundwater contamination caused by industrial wastewater seepage, complies with industrial environmental protection standards, and reduces maintenance costs associated with channel repairs. It can also be used in industrial storage yard drainage ditches to prevent water accumulation and material damage.
Construction Process: ① Channel Cleaning: Remove industrial residues, oil stains, and loose debris from the channel; clean the surface with water and dry it. ② Laying & Fixing: Roll out the cement blanket along the channel, ensuring tight fit with the walls and bottom; overlap joints by 15cm and fix with corrosion-resistant anchor bolts (stainless steel recommended). ③ Hydration & Curing: Spray water evenly on the blanket, avoiding direct contact with industrial wastewater during curing. Cure for 48 hours (initial hardening) and 10 days (full strength) before allowing industrial wastewater to flow through.
