Product Overview: Our Cement Blanket is a revolutionary composite material that combines high-strength fiberglass fabric with a uniformly distributed cementitious core. It is flexible in its dry state, allowing for easy transportation and conforming to various ditch shapes, and hardens rapidly upon hydration (adding water) to form a robust, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant protective layer. This product eliminates the need for on-site concrete mixing, significantly reducing construction time and labor costs while ensuring consistent quality.
Application Scenario: Specifically designed for ditch lining projects, including agricultural irrigation ditches, municipal drainage ditches, highway side ditches, and industrial wastewater channels. In these scenarios, the cement blanket effectively prevents soil erosion caused by water flow, blocks seepage to maintain water volume, and resists the corrosion of chemicals in wastewater (such as agricultural fertilizers and industrial residues). It is suitable for both straight and curved ditches, adapting to complex terrain without additional cutting or shaping.
Construction Process:
① Preparation: Clean the ditch surface, remove debris, stones, and uneven protrusions to ensure a flat base.
② Unfolding & Laying: Roll out the cement blanket along the ditch, overlap adjacent sheets by 10-15cm, and fix the edges with anchor bolts or steel nails to prevent displacement.
③ Hydration: Spray water evenly on the cement blanket until it is fully saturated (avoid excessive water to prevent runoff).
④ Curing: Allow the blanket to harden naturally for 24-48 hours; it can withstand light water flow after curing, and full strength is achieved in 7 days.
