Description

Product Introduction: This 500g thickened long fiber geotextile is a heavy-duty anti-corrosion and protective geotextile developed for mine engineering. With thick continuous long fiber structure and enhanced compactness, it has super strong puncture resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-scouring performance. It can protect the anti-seepage membrane and stabilize the mine foundation, adapting to harsh mine geological environments.

Product Features: Super high bursting and puncture resistance, effectively protect geomembrane from gravel damage; excellent chemical corrosion resistance, resistant to various mine wastewater erosion; strong anti-scouring and anti-pressure ability, adapt to high-load mine foundation; anti-aging and anti-oxidation, long-term stable performance in harsh environment; good drainage and filtration performance, eliminate foundation water pressure; high structural stability.

Application Fields: Protective cushioning and filtration for mine tailings ponds, ore storage yards, mine sewage pools; foundation protection and anti-seepage layer protection of industrial slag yards; heavy-duty anti-corrosion protection of large industrial storage yards.

Construction Steps: Level and trim the mine foundation, remove sharp ore stones and hard protrusions; lay the thickened long fiber geotextile as the bottom protective layer of geomembrane; lap the cloth edges tightly with lap width ≥25cm; fix the joints firmly to prevent dislocation; lay the geomembrane after full cloth laying; check the whole cloth surface for damage and repair in time; carry out subsequent filling and protection construction after acceptance.
