Product Overview

The Decanter Centrifuge is a continuous solid-liquid separation equipment that utilizes centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to separate solid particles from liquid in sludge. Its working principle: sludge enters the high-speed rotating bowl through the feed pipe. Under centrifugal force, heavier solid particles settle on the bowl wall and are conveyed by the screw conveyor to the conical end for discharge, while lighter liquid is discharged from the large end overflow port, achieving continuous and efficient solid-liquid separation. Our centrifuge series features dual-motor variable frequency drive and precise differential control, offering high capacity, strong adaptability, high cake solids content, and high automation.
