This used co-rotating twin screw extruder is specially designed for plastic compounding & modification, adopting a mature modular structure with stable performance and high cost-performance. Equipped with bimetallic wear-resistant screw & barrel as core components, it supports long-term processing of highly abrasive fillers and engineering plastic raw materials. The machine is fitted with complete vacuum exhaust system, stable screen changer and pelletizing unit, together with reliable transmission gearbox and frequency control system. It can realize stable, continuous production for plastic compounding, filling modification, masterbatch manufacturing and general plastic granulation, with well-maintained performance and ready for production on-site.

Supports multiple pelletizing methods: water-cooled strand pelletizing, air-cooled pelletizing, water-ring die-face pelletizing to match different material characteristics.
Equipped with stable forced feeding system, supporting single / twin screw feeding, side feeding and liquid additive injection for various raw material forms.
Adopts frequency conversion speed control system, realizing stepless speed adjustment and stable operation with low energy consumption.
Standard high-rigidity gearbox with forced lubrication and cooling system, ensuring high-torque and long-term stable running for plastic compounding production.
