Features & Advantages
- OE Quality: Manufactured to Isuzu dimensional and damping specifications for perfect fit and performance
- Twin-Tube Design: Provides consistent damping and heat dissipation, reducing fade during repeated use
- Gas Charged (if applicable): Nitrogen gas pressurization minimizes oil aeration for stable damping on rough roads
- Precision Valving: Multi-stage valve system adjusts damping force based on road input
- Durable Construction: Seamless steel cylinder, chrome-plated piston rod, and high-temperature seals for long life
- Corrosion Resistant: Painted or e-coated housing resists rust and road salt
- Restores Handling: Eliminates excessive body roll, bouncing, and poor braking stability
- Direct Replacement: Matches OE mounting points, bushing sizes, and lengths - no modification required
- Cost-Effective: Affordable alternative to genuine OEM without compromising safety

Installation Notes
Typical installation steps for front shock on leaf spring trucks:
- Safely lift the front of the vehicle - support on jack stands under the frame
- Remove the front wheel - for access to the shock
- Support the front axle - with a second jack to relieve tension on the shock
- Remove the upper mounting nut/bolt - access from inside the engine bay or wheel well
- Remove the lower mounting bolt - at the axle bracket
- Remove the old shock absorber - compress if necessary
- Compare new shock with old - check lengths, mounting types, and bushings
- Install new shock - insert lower mount first, then upper. Do not fully tighten yet
- Install mounting bolts and nuts - hand-tighten
- Lower the axle jack - allow suspension to settle to ride height
- Torque all fasteners - to manufacturer specification
- Reinstall the wheel - torque lug nuts
- Repeat for the other side - always replace shocks in pairs
- Test drive - check for abnormal noise, bounce test, and handling
Quality Control
- Damping Force Test: Each shock tested for compression and rebound force
- Leak Test: Seals tested for oil and gas leakage under pressure
- Dimensional Inspection: Eyelet diameter, length, stroke, and mounting thread verified
- Welding Inspection: Mounting brackets inspected for weld integrity
- Rod Finish Test: Chrome-plated rod checked for smoothness and corrosion resistance
- Visual Inspection: 100% checked for dents, scratches, or paint defects
- Packaged Safely: Shock compressed and tied with strap, wrapped in plastic, boxed with foam
