The hydraulic pump pushes the piston of the power cylinder in the steering gear through high-pressure oil to amplify the driver's steering force, making low-speed maneuvering and heavy-load steering easier, and significantly reducing fatigue during long hours of driving.

Stabilize pressure and flow to ensure system reliability

Built-in flow control valves and safety valves can automatically adjust the oil supply according to engine speed and steering load, keeping the system flow basically constant; at the same time, they limit the maximum pressure to prevent pipeline burst due to overload and protect components such as steering gears and oil pipes.

Transmit power and adapt to working conditions

Driven by the engine through gears or belts, it continuously circulates hydraulic oil; during steering, oil pressure is distributed through the steering control valve, and when steering is not performed, the oil flows back through the loop, balancing assistance response and system protection.

Adapt to heavy loads and complex road conditions

It provides sufficient hydraulic power for heavy-duty steering mechanisms such as recirculating ball steering gears, ensuring precise and stable steering under harsh road conditions like mountainous areas and construction sites, and improving driving safety.
