Product Features

1. Perfect combination of mixing and granulation, double-layer gas protection, compact and tight structure, avoiding the disadvantages of chemical reactions between some high demand metal materials and oxygen i n the air.

2. For metal powder, the mixing chamber/side plate/pressure hammer/mixing blade shaft are made of all alloy materials (no need for spraying or electroplating), effectively improving the service life of the equipment and preventing material cross contamination.

3. Upgraded version of four blade rotor (improving mixing efficiency by 20% -30% compared to traditional two blade rotor). The four blade rotor is a new product independently developed by CFine, with patent number ZL 2020 2 2559541.1.

4. Fully automatic oil lubrication system, oil injection time can be set on the control board, no manual maintenance required.
