Infrared Touch Screen 50 Million Cycles 90 Light Transmission
Technology Principle
The infrared touch screen is a highly integrated electronic circuit product featuring a complete control circuit, high-precision anti-interference infrared transmitting tubes, and infrared receiving tubes mounted on an integrated circuit board. These components form invisible infrared grids in opposite directions, creating dense infrared arrays in X and Y directions to detect and locate user touch inputs.
The touch screen incorporates a circuit board frame installed in front of the display, with infrared transmitting and receiving tubes arranged on all four sides to create horizontal and vertical infrared matrices. When a user touches the screen, their finger interrupts the infrared beams at the contact point, causing changes in the light signals that are converted to electrical signals. These signals are processed to accurately determine the touch position. Any object opaque to infrared light can interrupt the beams to achieve precise touch positioning.
