Product Description Of SIF2610

SIF2610 employs a time-of-flight (ToF) image sensor utilising back-side illumination technology. The SIF2610 integrates a high-pixel array, a signal generator for modulating infrared light sources, a low-noise ADC, an on-chip temperature sensor, an independent logic control unit, an on-chip high-speed clock, and a MIPI interface for high-speed data transmission. It supports modulation frequencies up to 100MHz and output frame rates up to 240fps.

SIF2610 incorporates a VGA-grade (640×480) resolution pixel array. The chip is specially optimised for NIR (near-infrared) wavelengths, exhibiting excellent sensitivity in the 850nm/940nm bands. It is available as a bare die or in BGA packaging.
