SK32 SK34 SK36 SK38 Clay Brick Fire Refractory Kiln Fire Bricks
Product Overview
Frie Caly fire bricks are specialized refractory ceramics engineered to withstand extreme temperatures, thermal shock, and corrosive environments. Manufactured from high-alumina fire clay with chamotte and refractory additives, these bricks are fired above 1,400°C to create a dense, stable structure with excellent resistance to spalling, slag attack, and creep under sustained heat.

Performance Characteristics
Frie Caly fire bricks offer superior thermal performance, continuously enduring operating temperatures from 1,200°C to over 1,600°C depending on alumina content. Their low thermal conductivity provides effective insulation, retaining heat within furnaces while keeping external surfaces safer. The carefully matched thermal expansion coefficient reduces cracking risk during rapid heating or cooling cycles.
Applications
These refractory bricks are extensively used in steelmaking furnaces, glass tanks, cement rotary kilns, incinerators, petrochemical crackers, wood-fired ovens, pizza ovens, residential fireplaces, and forge floors. Their chemical resistance makes them suitable for chimneys exposed to acidic flue gases.
