Product Overview

Leadsun Fused Zirconia Corundum (AZS) Brick is produced by melting high-purity alumina powder and zircon sand inside electric arc furnaces, followed by casting into molds and controlled cooling. Adopting an oxidation fusion-casting craft, our AZS brick achieves a dense, homogenous internal microstructure. It delivers outstanding glass melt corrosion resistance, superior thermal shock stability, and strong chemical erosion resistance. Widely deployed for glass melting furnaces, non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces, and high-purity steel making furnaces.

Product Grades & Applications
AZS-33 (ER 1681)

Most widely used in glass kilns. Suitable for walls, bottoms, superstructures, and feeding channels.

AZS-36 (ER 1685)

Better corrosion resistance and performance with low pollution characteristics. Used in key areas such as melting pool walls near the hot spot of glass furnaces.

AZS-41 (ER 1711)

Best corrosion resistance, performance, and lowest contamination of glass solution. Ideal for critical parts like pool walls, feeding mouth corners, fluid holes, kiln bars, pool bottom bubbling, and all-electric melting furnaces.
