Procurement & Usage Tips (FAQ)

• Mainstream solvent photo printers from Epson, Mutoh, Roland, and other brands
• Must be equipped with solvent printheads​ (e.g., EPSON DX series piezoelectric printheads)
• Not suitable for water-based/UV printers (may cause printhead corrosion)

1. Ensure thorough solvent evaporation​ after printing (recommend ventilated drying for ≥24 hours)
2. For outdoor use, lamination protection​ is strongly advised (use solvent-resistant cold lamination film)
3. Environmental adaptability:
   • Temperate climates: Allow 72 hours of curing before installation
   • High UV regions: Add 10% UV-resistant curing agent

• Storage conditions: 5–30°C, protected from light, sealed; use within 6 months after opening
• Must use a dedicated solvent ink tubing system​ (ordinary silicone tubes may swell)
• Waste ink must be disposed of in accordance with hazardous chemical regulations​ (do not pour directly into drains)
