YG single-unit pre-separator is mainly used in conjunction with the main unit of the central vacuum cleaning system. It mainly reduces the filtering burden of the dust collection main unit, prolongs the service life of the main unit, and makes the dust collection suction force last longer. The working principle is to rely on the rotational movement caused by the tangential introduction of the airflow to make the solid particles or droplets with large inertial centrifugal force be thrown to the outer wall to separate. It is a separation equipment widely used in industry. The cyclone separator is a dry gas-solid separation equipment that uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the gas-solid mixture to separate the dust from the airflow. Since the centrifugal force on the particles is much greater than the gravity and inertial force, the separation efficiency is relatively high. It has a simple structure, high operating flexibility, high efficiency, convenient management and maintenance, and low price. It is used to capture dust with a diameter of 5 to 10 μm or more.
