Industrial Slurry Pump Description

This series pump is a single-stage single- suction centrifugal slurry pump. The pump body is made of double-layer metal structure inside and outside. The pump casing is vertical open type, and the water outlet can be rotated at eight different positions at 45°intervals. The product is efficient, energy-saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials and other industries. The treatment medium is an abrasive or corrosive paddle body containing solid particles. The solid-liquid mixed concentration mortar is 45%, the slurry is 60%, and the medium temperature is ≤60℃. This type of pump can be used in multiple stages.

Industrial Slurry pump Working Conditions

Proper medium: liquids with chemical property similar to pure water should be non-corrosive. Solid size should be no larger than 30% of the pump suction diameter. Fiber length should not be over 2.5 times of the pump suction diameter. When the medium density is more than 1.05, the motor power should be increased accordingly to prevent the motor from overload operation.
