Contact us for more information

1. Which international standards do your cables comply with?
We manufacture cables according to major global standards, including IEC, CE, EAC, VDE and etc.
2. Can you provide customized cable specifications or branding?
Yes. We offer OEM and ODM services, including custom conductor materials, insulation types (PVC, LSZH, XLPE), and jacket colors. We can also print your company branding and specific technical markings directly on the cable sheath.
3. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for international orders?
We have a flexible MOQ policy, please contact us for a specific quote.
4. How do you ensure quality control before shipping?
Every batch undergoes rigorous testing, including conductivity tests, insulation resistance checks, tensile strength trials, and flame-retardant testing.
5. What are your typical lead times?
For standard products, our production lead time is 7–30days after order confirmation. Custom orders or high-volume requests may take 20–45 days depending on the complexity and material availability.
6. How are the cables packaged for long-distance sea/air freight?
To prevent damage and moisture ingress, we use treated wooden drums, steel-plastic reels, or high-density coils wrapped in waterproof PVC film. For sea freight, drums are reinforced and palletized for easy forklift handling.
7. What Incoterms do you typically work with?
We are flexible and usually trade under FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), or EXW (Ex Works). We have long-standing partnerships with freight forwarders to ensure competitive shipping rates for our clients.
8. Do you provide samples for testing?
Absolutely. We can provide short samples free of charge, though we ask the client to cover the express courier costs. For longer sample lengths, a small production fee may apply.
