1. Free Swivel Mode – Full 360° rotation for tight-space maneuverability. Navigate crowded laundry rooms, appliance showrooms, and narrow warehouse aisles with ease.
2. Straight-Line Mode – Flip the directional lock lever and the swivel head locks at 0°. The caster now tracks perfectly straight—just like a rigid caster. Ideal for towing heavy appliances down long corridors or feeding carts along conveyor lines. Flip it back and you're swiveling again.
