The machine is with removable sieve mesh, mesh size can be customized. For light weight plastic films, hourly capacity can reach more than 2000KG. For heavy materials like fabric, hourly capacity can be more than 4000KG.

Product Overview

This rotary blades shredder crusher is purpose-built for PP, PE stretch film, BOPPS packaging, and LDPE film recycling and all soft type materials crush.

Its 8-pole 22KW main motor delivers high torque at low RPM for consistent, jam-free shredding of packaging bags, woven sacks, and jumbo bags. A 3.0KW variable-frequency drive controls the 720×3,000mm conveyor belt, allowing operators to fine-tune feed speed for optimal throughput.
