Equipment Purpose:
The zero drop tester is mainly used to assess the impact of drop shocks on packaging during actual transportation and handling, and to evaluate the impact resistance of packaging during handling and the rationality of packaging design. It is primarily suitable for drop tests on larger packages. The machine features an "E"-shaped fork that can move downward rapidly as the test piece carrier. The test product is placed and balanced according to test requirements (testing for surfaces, edges, and corners). During the test, the support arm moves downward at high speed, and the test product drops onto the bottom rubber pad with the "E"-shaped fork. Under the action of high-efficiency shock absorbers, it is embedded flat on the bottom plate. Theoretically, the zero drop tester can perform drop tests from a zero height range. The drop height is set through a liquid crystal controller, and the drop test is automatically executed according to the set height.

Control Principle:
