Furnace Chamber Design
Constructed with high-temperature resistant alumina products for small heat capacity, excellent insulation, fast heating, energy efficiency, and uniform temperature distribution. Silicon-molybdenum rod heating elements are vertically installed on both sides of the chamber.
Temperature Control System
Features Japanese Shima Denki intelligent regulator with PID self-tuning, high-temperature alarm, and thermocouple failure indication. Includes power adjustment and voltage regulation control with comprehensive over-temperature protection.
