Product Description

The Electric Waste Gas Purification Furnace is designed for incinerating VOCs in exhaust gases using electric heating, with an operating temperature range of 750-850°C.

Operating Requirements

Designed for treating sintering exhaust gases (must not contain nitrogen oxides, sulfides, HCl or other contaminants)
Requires stable compressed air supply free from oil contamination
Three-phase five-wire power supply (380V ± 5%) with proper grounding (≤10Ω)
Operating environment: -20°C to 40°C, humidity <85%, free from harmful gases and electromagnetic interference
All valves and pressure gauges must be checked before first startup

Note: The electric purification furnace can only begin operations after reaching preset temperature.
