Our industrial-grade SBR rubber sheets are manufactured using high-quality Styrene Butadiene Rubber, delivering exceptional performance in demanding industrial applications. These sheets feature medium hardness combined with high tensile strength and superior abrasion resistance, all without any unpleasant odor.

  • Manufactured using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) or plain vulcanizing press
  • Available in thicknesses from 1-6mm with shiny surface finish
  • Thicker sheets (7-80mm) produced using specialized vulcanizing press
  • Excellent performance under high pressure conditions
  • Operating temperature range: -35°C to +100°C in air and water
  • Ideal for punching seals, gaskets, and components requiring high abrasion resistance
  • Superior anti-impact and cushioning performance
