Our silicone rubber sheets are manufactured using high-quality silicone rubber on drum-type vulcanizing presses or standard vulcanizing presses, tailored to meet specific customer requirements. Through advanced management, innovative techniques, and strict quality control, we overcome common manufacturing challenges to deliver superior products.
Manufacturing Excellence
We resolve issues with surface smoothness and thickness tolerance associated with ROTOCURE vulcanizing machines, as well as width, length, and joint limitations of press vulcanizing machines. Our super-wide drum-type vulcanizing press with 4000mm width enables production of high-quality sheets up to 3600mm wide without visible joints.
