High-quality silicone tube extrusion designed for corona rollers and silicone rubber sleeving applications. Manufactured with premium silicone rubber material that provides excellent high voltage resistance and flame retardant properties specifically engineered for corona machinery.
These silicone tubes ensure uniform high voltage corona spark distribution, facilitating optimal color printing on plastic films through effective surface activation and millipore treatment after corona processing. Capable of resisting 25KV at 1mm wall thickness. Ideal for roller sleeves, high-voltage terminals, protective sleeves, and flexing tubing across various corona machine applications.
