Close cell silicone rubber heater pad featuring dark red silicone construction with waterproof and non-toxic properties. This flexible heating solution provides reliable performance for various industrial applications.
Technical Description
Silicone rubber heaters are thin film heating elements with a standard thickness of 1.5mm. They utilize nickel chrome wires or 0.05mm-0.10mm thick nickel chrome foils etched into specific shapes. The heating component is encapsulated with heat conducting and insulating materials on both sides, completed through high-temperature die forming and aging heat treatment.
