cost-effective twisted-pair cables to replace short-range traditional HDMI cables, while supporting IR pass-
through for seamless remote operation of source devices.

The HDMI Over CAT5/CAT6 Extender with IR - 395 ft (120m) enables transmission and extension of full
HD 1080p@60Hz HDMI signals via CAT5e/CAT6 UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair) cables, with a maximum
stable transmission distance of up to 395 feet (120 meters). A key value-added feature is its built-in IR remote
control function: it supports IR signal pass-through between TX and RX ends, allowing users to operate HDMI
source devices (e.g., Blu-ray players, set-top boxes, or media servers) from the receiver side using a standard
remote—eliminating the need for on-site access to source equipment and enhancing user convenience.

This extender supports point-to-multipoint signal distribution over an IP network via an Ethernet switch: by
connecting the TX unit to a network switch, multiple RX units (and their paired displays) can receive the same
