Square Mesh 20*20*40 Fiberglass/FRP Molded Grating with High Strength Corrosion Resistant
Fiberglass Grating is a lightweight and sound alternative to Steel or Aluminum Gratings
FRP (Fibre Reinforced plastic) grating is manufactured in an open, heated mould system. Continuous E-glass rovings are placed in the mould in alternating layers and completely wet out with resin. This continuous process produces an integral, one-piece construction which provides excellent corrosion resistance as well as bi-directional strength.
Fibreglass Grating Is a durable industrial flooring solution. Commonly used in factories, plants and a range of other industries across South Africa. A high grade, chemical resistant flooring option made from vinyl ester or Polyester Isophthalic. This is ideal for situations and environments where spills, slips and mishaps must be minimised for work to flow smoothly.
With a stunning design that allows for a large amount of stress, wear and tear, as well as ultimate drainage.
The one-piece construction method allows for excellent resistance to weathering over time. With a cross patched patterns design, this product also boasts bi-directional strength! Thus creating the perfect product to be used on walkways and for raised flooring with the need for drainage.

The following resin systems are available:
- Polyester Isophthalic
- Vinyl Ester
With an anti-slip (gritted top) or smooth surface. Colours available on request.

Clip Fastening & Installation Methods
To ensure ease of installation, please review all relevant technical documentation.
Take care when fasteningand seek assistance if required. For further info regarding installation please contact .
The section below illustrates standard installation methods that can be applied to moulded grating.
Clip and fastening selections should be made according to the substrate material in use.
FRP Grating Applications
Sinogrates has high-performance gratings that are suitable for use in specific areas with higher technical requirements. In particular,Sinogrates offers a line of gratings with high chemical resistance, which are suitable for use in chemically aggressive environments such as chemical, galvanic, extraction, manufacturing industry (tanneries, paper mills, etc.) and waste treatment. This line is characterized by the use of pure isophthalic or vinylester resin, which is free of additives, and the use of a higher amount of resin compared to the standard grating in order to ensure total coverage of fibreglass.
