FAQ:
1. What is the power input?
A: For non-PoE managed switches, it receives DC12V~52V, for PoE managed switches, it receives DC48V~52V.
All the models support redundant input.
2. What is the PoE budget?
A: The standard PoE output is 30W per port.
Take IM-FP288GW for example, it has 8 PoE ports, so the budget is 30W/port*8 ports=240W.
We can also support 60W output if it is required, please confirm with us.
3. How can I install the device?
A: Each model in this series supports DIN35/Wall mounting.
It requires necessary accessories in installation like screws, mounting kit etc., some of them are included in the packing box, some are not.
4. Does your switch support 155Mb/s tranceivers?
A: Yes, the optical speed is 100M/1000M/2500M. Please just configure 100M speed in the management interface, megabit modules are working.
5. If possible to write the label as I want?
A: Yes, please just send the content and format, and we will print a sample piece for your confirmation.
The label is usually attached to the side panel.
6. Is it possible to print my logo?
A: Yes, it is usually on the top panel of the device.
