FAQ

How can I install the device?

A: Each model in this series supports DIN35/Wall mounting.

It requires necessary accessories in installation like screws, mounting kit etc., some of them are included in the packing box, some are not.

Does your switch support 155Mb/s tranceivers?

A: Yes, the optical speed is 100M/1000M/2500M. Please just configure 100M speed in the management interface, megabit modules are working.

Can you let me know how the indicators work?

A: This is our Vitesse based managed switch series and all models share the same indicator definition as below.

PWR: Power

FX: Fiber port(1/2/3/4)

Orange: Link/ACT

Green: 1000M Network Speed(off when it is 100Mb/s)

Do you do SKD/CKD?

A: Yes, we have dealt with this many times.

As a factory, we have enough energy and resources to handle this.

Can I add my logo/model in the management?

A: Yes, it is easy and free of cost, please just send your model name and logo in PS/AI format. We will do the rest and send a photo for your confirmation.

Do your switches support any ring protocols?

A: Yes, our switches support STP/RSTP/MSTP and ERPS for ring configuration.
