This series of well-type vacuum bright annealing furnace is mainly suitable for bright annealing and tempering of composite belt products in a protective atmosphere; Batch bright annealing of coil strip.

※ Product Features:
  • The use of all-fiber lining, significant energy saving;
  • Use the exclusive production of heating element resistance belt and special pottery screw hanging county and pottery ring;
  • Adopt water-cooled sealed integrated hot air circulation fan to ensure uniform temperature in the furnace;
  • The Muffle tank is welded with sus310s heat-resistant steel plate. The simple body can be pressed into a corrugated shape.
  • The lifting adopts hydraulic electromechanical lifting, easy operation.
※ The following functions can be selected according to user requirements:
  • The temperature recorder can record the temperature curve of the whole process of work, and can choose the mid-circle chart recorder or the paperless recorder.
  • Centralized computer control, a computer can remotely control the temperature control program setting, temperature curve record and other functions of multiple electric furnaces, easy operation and reliable control
