The Filter Press Description
Advanced R&D Technology and Benefits:
1. The structure is made of Q235 high quality carbon steel. It adopts automatic welding, the solder surface is smooth, the welding joint is firm and durable, can avoid deformation perfectly. It has reached the advanced technology of Europe and America.
2. The main beam is treated with high-speed centrifugal sandblasting to remove rust and oxidized iron sheet, and then coated with epoxy cloud iron primer to achieve better anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance.
3. The side rod is covered with a 304 stainless steel case to prevent wear. The smooth surface of the case also makes the plate easier to move.
4. The board is made of PP. It is tasteless, non-toxic and safe for food and pharmaceutical industries. It is characterized by light weight, easy to operate, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature and high pressure.
5. ABB motor is used in the hydraulic system, which ensures smooth operation and convenient maintenance. The piston is made of special machined no. 45 steel with better wear resistance and high hardness.
6. The electronic control cabinet adopts famous electrical components, which can realize automatic closing, automatic opening, automatic voltage protection and trouble-free operation.
