Our abrasive filament tube brush is manufactured with galvanized solid steel shank, equipped with two mainstream abrasive materials: silicon carbide and aluminum oxide abrasive nylon filaments. Designed for rotary use with electric drills, pneumatic grinders, CNC machining centers and automated deburring equipment, this pipe brush efficiently removes cross-hole burrs, machining tool marks, oxide scales and residual chips inside deep holes, hydraulic valves, engine cylinders, metal pipes and precision mold parts. Different abrasive grit options are available to process stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, copper and other metal workpieces without severe scratching.

High hardness silicon carbide grain mixed in nylon base, strong cutting performance. Ideal for hard metal polishing: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, alloy steel. Perfect for heavy-duty deburring, removing rough surface lines and heavy oxidation inside inner bores.

Soft, fine alumina abrasive wire with gentle grinding force. Suitable for soft non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper, brass. It delivers smooth mirror polishing without scratching soft workpiece surfaces, widely used for aluminum auto parts and lightweight hydraulic fittings.

Thick integrated metal handle features anti-rust galvanized treatment, high torsion resistance and no bending during high-speed rotation. Standard straight shank design is compatible with all common drill chucks and machine tool holders. Spiral twisted bristle structure keeps filaments from falling off during long-time continuous operation.
