The desorbed exhaust gas belongs to the organic waste gas with high concentration, small air volume and high temperature.

The high-concentration, small-volume, high-temperature organic waste gas desorbed by activated carbon is filtered by a flame arrester, and then enters a special plate heat exchanger to exchange energy with the high-temperature gas after the catalytic reaction. At this time, the temperature of the exhaust gas source is obtained. The first lifting; the gas with a certain temperature enters the preheater for the second temperature increase; then enters the first-stage catalytic reaction, at which time the organic exhaust gas partially decomposes at low temperature and releases energy to the exhaust gas source. Direct heating is carried out to raise the temperature of the gas to the optimum temperature of the catalytic reaction; the temperature detection system meets the temperature requirement of the catalytic reaction, enters the catalytic combustion chamber, the organic gas is completely decomposed, and a large amount of heat is released; The gas is converted into thermal flow by the heat exchanger through a heat exchanger, and the gas is evacuated by the induced draft fan after the temperature is lowered.
