Important Firmware Notice
Known Issue: Firmware 2.012 has a connection timeout error that may cause module assertion failure. The module records diagnostic data and enters a fault state (OK light remains red), preventing controller connection.

Recovery Method: Power cycle the module (RIUP hot-swapping is ineffective) to restore normal operation.

Fixed Version: This issue is resolved in version 2.013 and later.
