Description

This Altivar 12 variable speed drive can power a three-phase asynchronous motor at the power line connection. It has a rated power of up to 3kW/4HP and a rated voltage of 200V-240V AC. It features a heatsink design, making it suitable for general environments and fan-cooled systems. The transient over-torque function prevents downtime by using additional torque to eliminate mechanical interference, reducing downtime and maintenance costs when needed. It also features underload and overload detection to help protect your equipment. The Altivar 12 inverter comes standard with the Modbus communication protocol, accessible via the RJ45 connector located on the bottom of the inverter. It is designed for simple industrial and commercial machines and equipment, such as conveyors, pumps, extractors, access barriers, and tracked treadmills. SoMove software compatibility allows configurations to be stored and transferred to backup inverters, reducing maintenance downtime. Its power and torque optimizations can be applied to ventilation and pumping applications, saving up to 30% of energy.
