Yes, it's designed for glove operation. Thick or thin work gloves are both compatible, no need to take gloves off during operation.
Q2: Why does the screen look blurry under factory lighting?
It has an anti-glare surface, but direct strong light can still affect visibility. Try adjusting the screen angle or adding a light shield.
Q3: What hosts can it connect to? Only B&R devices?
Mainly compatible with B&R PPC/AP series hosts. It supports DVI/SDL/SDL3 connections, can work with third-party devices if the interface matches.
Q4: Is the ultra-thin design less durable for industrial use?
No. It uses industrial-grade materials, with high protection level, can withstand normal factory vibration and temperature changes.
Q5: Can I install it vertically? The specs say "landscape" only.
The default is landscape, but you can adjust display orientation via system settings. Vertical installation needs a matching bracket.
Q6: The multi-touch function is not sensitive sometimes, what's wrong?
Most likely due to dust or oil on the screen. Wipe it with a dry industrial cloth. If it still doesn't work, check the touch driver.
