Multi-field Application of Rubber Air Springs
1. Application in lifting equipment
Traditional lifting equipment usually uses air bags as lifting elements, but this design has problems such as large installation space, complex manufacturing, heavy weight, easy leakage and inconvenient maintenance. The application of air rubber bellow has successfully overcome these traditional shortcomings. It does not require maintenance, has a long life, and is easy to replace, which greatly improves the reliability and efficiency of the equipment. At present, air suspensions have gradually replaced traditional cylinders and become a new choice in lifting equipment.
2. Application in vibration reduction equipment
Air rubber bellows have outstanding performance in vibration isolation due to their advantages of high-frequency vibration isolation, sound insulation and low natural vibration frequency. It can effectively protect the base and control system of the vibration equipment and ensure the stability of operation. Therefore, air shock suspensions are widely used in the vibration isolation system of vibrating screens and the vibration reduction device of luxury vehicle seats.
3. Other uses
Air spring assembly can also be used as vibration reduction bases to protect precision equipment during transportation to avoid damage caused by vibration, such as the transportation of missiles and their launch control devices. In addition, it can also be used as a portable support tool, which provides convenience for field vehicle and equipment maintenance through its lightness and flexible operation.
