Product Description
Canroon's portable induction heating systems (5kW/10kW) provide precision post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) for pipeline applications, including dehydrogenation (DHT) and intermediate stress relief (ISR). The compact 5kW unit handles pipes <200mm diameter/<25mm wall thickness, while the 10kW model processes 200-400mm diameter/<30mm walls, both achieving uniform heating up to 788℃ with ±5℃ accuracy. Engineered for oil & gas, offshore platforms and power plants, these air-cooled units feature Infineon IGBT technology, weigh just 14-18kg for field portability, and comply with ASME B31.3/API 1104 standards. Additional applications include weld preheating (50-300℃) and coating curing.
