Our tester uses PLC intelligent electrical equipment and a touchscreen.

It has its own motor drive to manage tension, torsion, and bending. This keeps the tests separate and accurate.

For the three force tests, we use a motor-driven ball screw. The tray lifts weights to apply and release force, copying the real process with controlled timing.
