Test Principle

Operation Structure

The system has 2 vacuum chambers. The operator puts the workpiece and seals it with a fixture in the vacuum, chamber. After the door of vacuum chamber is closed, the system can automatically complete the whole process like gross leakage and strength detection, air exhaust, helium filling, fine leak test, helium recovery and so on.
