Working Principle:
Based on the automation of the brazing process, and the effective control of gas flow rate, welding time and welding position, to make the welding effect and the formation of the solder pool well controlled to ensure the stability and consistency of the welding quality.

| Workpiece Requirements | The surface is clean, without obvious stains, specifications are uniform, and the welding position tolerance is not more than 1mm after positioning of the connection point. |

| 3 | Welding station a: The nitrogen filling mechanism automatically fills the workpiece with nitrogen, and the welding fire row heats, feeds, and welds the A1-A8 solder joints. After the welding is completed, the nitrogen filling mechanism is withdrawn and the fixture is automatically rotated; | 
| 4 | Welding station b: The nitrogen filling mechanism automatically fills the workpiece with nitrogen, and the welding fire row heats, feeds, and welds the C1-C6 solder joints. After the welding is completed, system cools A1-A8 solder joints, the nitrogen filling mechanism is withdrawn and the fixture is automatically rotated; |
