The compartment removable garbage truck is a new type of garbage collection and transportation vehicle modified on the basis of the second-class chassis of the car. The car has designed a set of pull-arm hook loading system, which drives the swing of the pull-arm hook through the expansion of the oil cylinder, which can complete the hook loading, hook unloading and unloading operations of the sealed garbage car. The sealed garbage compartment equipped with the vehicle has two side doors on the left and right sides, and there is a rear door at the rear of the garbage compartment. Open the side door of the carriage, and you can put garbage into the box; open the back door and lift the carriage to dump garbage. The garbage bin of this vehicle is convenient to operate, and the unloading is light and fast. The garbage transportation adopts a sealed carriage to eliminate secondary pollution, which fully meets the requirements of urban environmental protection. It is an ideal sanitation vehicle for sanitation departments, factories, mines and residential communities.
Hook box operation:
1. Drive the vehicle to about 2.5 meters in front of the garbage bin, and the vehicle and the box should be in a straight line as much as possible.
2. Hydraulic pump force: start the engine, step on the clutch, pull up the handle of the take-on, and then slowly release the clutch.
3. Rotate the "off/power/on" knob of the control box to the "on" position. At this time, the buzzer of the operation box sounds to indicate that the control power supply is on.
4. Rotate the "lock/loose" knob to the "loose" position and hold it for 5-8 seconds. The arm lock is in a completely loose position. Let go and no longer rotate the knob.
5. Rotate the "extch/hook arm/shrink" knob to the "extch" position. At this time, the main cylinder extends and maintains this operation until the main arm hook flips slightly lower to the hook center of the trash can. Let go of the hand and no longer rotate the knob.
6. Turn off the power take-off: step on the clutch, press down the power take-off handle, and release the clutch.
7. Hang the vehicle in reverse gear and drive backwards until the pull arm hooks to the center of the trash can.
8. Hydraulic pump force again, rotate the "extch/hook arm/shrink" knob to the "shrink" position. At this time, the main cylinder is shortened, and this operation is maintained until the trash can is pulled to the vehicle. When hooking the box, ensure that the track of the box enters the middle of the two guide wheels of the arm hook. If it deviates from the middle of the guide wheel, the vehicle can be moved To adjust the position and angle of the vehicle and the garbage bin to meet the requirements of the middle.
9. Rotate the "lock/loose" knob to the "lock" position, hold it for 5 to 8 seconds, until the arm lock hook is in a fully locked position, release the hand, and no longer rotate the knob.
10. Turn off the power device, control the power knob of the box, and complete the hook box action.

Self-dumping operation:
1. Drive the vehicle to the place where the garbage is dumped and observe the ground condition of the place. The ground is required to be flat, solid and without unloading obstacles.
2. Open the back door of the trash can.
3. Rotate the "off/power/on" knob of the control operation box to the "on" position. At this time, the buzzer of the operation box sounds to indicate that the control power supply is turned on.
4. Hydraulic pumping force.
5. Rotate the "lock/loose" knob to the "lock" position, hold it for 5-8 seconds, until the arm lock hook is in a fully locked position, release the hand, and no longer rotate the knob. Make sure that the big arm lock is in a fully locked position.
6. Rotate the "extch/hook arm/shrink" knob to the "extch" position. At this time, the main cylinder extends, and the garbage bin is lifted together with the lifting frame and the main arm. Maintain this operation until the garbage bin is completely lifted and the garbage in the box is completely dumped cleanly.
7. Rotate the "stretch/hook arm/shrink" knob to the "shrink" position. At this time, the main cylinder is shortened, and the garbage bin is slowly retracted with the lifting frame and the main arm. Maintain this operation until the garbage bin is completely withdrawn and placed on the vehicle. Stop rotating the knob.
8. Turn off the power take-off, turn off the power knob of the control box, and close the rear door of the trunk. The self-dunloading operation is completed.
Unpacking operation:
The process of unloading the box is the opposite of the operation process of the hook box. It is to place the garbage box from the vehicle to the ground. The key point is: before unloading the box, the arm lock hook should be completely loose.
1. Before unloading the box, you should observe whether the unloading position is sufficient, and the ground should be flat and solid.
2. Hydraulic pumping force; rotate the "off/power/on" knob of the control box to the "on" position.
3. Rotate the "lock/loose" knob to the "loose" position and hold it for 5-8 seconds. The arm lock is in a completely loose position. Let go and no longer rotate the knob. Make sure that the big arm lock is in a completely loose position.
4. Rotate the "extch/hook arm/shrink" knob to the "extch" position. At this time, the main cylinder stretches and the trash can moves with the main arm. Keep this operation until the trash can is completely placed on the ground, and release the knob.
5. Drive the vehicle forward about 0.5-1 meters.
6. Rotate the "extch/hook arm/shrink" knob to the "shrink" position. At this time, the main cylinder is shortened and the main arm is retracted. Keep this operation until the main arm is completely retracted, and release the knob.
7. Turn off the power take-off, turn off the power knob of the control box, and complete the unloading operation.
Precautions:
1. Before loading garbage, the sleeve-arm garbage truck can only hang the power take-out (the bottom left of the steering wheel in the cab) when the no-load operation reaches 6 standard air pressures. After checking whether there is any leakage or abnormality in each component, it can operate according to the position indicated by the operation sign. Under normal circumstances, do not adjust the pressure of the pressure regulating valve. The vehicle has been adjusted before leaving the factory.
Two. The weight of the garbage in the garbage compartment should not exceed the allowable range of the vehicle. Otherwise, it will cause excessive pressure and damage to hydraulic parts during packing. If it is light, it will cause oil leakage, slippage of the clutch wheel, and serious cases, it will cause the clutch to burn to death.
3. Before packing, the removable garbage truck should ensure that the longitudinal beam of the compartment is located between the rollers at the tail of the secondary beam, and ensure that the longitudinal center axis of the vehicle coincides with the longitudinal center axis of the compartment. Otherwise, the position of the vehicle should be adjusted.
Four. When the removable garbage truck is loading the garbage bin, the throttle can be appropriately increased according to the weight of the garbage collected in the carriage, so that the garbage compartment can be smoothly raised to realize the packing.

5. At the end of the operation, the electromagnetic clutch switch should be turned off in time to ensure that the electromagnetic clutch is in a power-off state. In particular, it should be reminded that when the car is turned off, the electromagnetic clutch should be turned off, otherwise it will cause a large amount of battery power consumption, resulting in power loss and the vehicle cannot start normally.
Maintenance and upkeep:
1. Doing a good job in the cleaning of the pull-arm car is a prerequisite for the maintenance and upkeep of the pull-arm car.
2. Inject lithium-based lubricating oil into each lubrication point before using the pull-arm car for the first time and regularly (must be carried out once a week).
3. Check the liquid level height of the hydraulic oil tank frequently. Before working, make sure that the hydraulic oil surface of the oil tank is in the middle of the oil tank observation window. When it is too little, add an appropriate amount of hydraulic oil in time.
4. Replace the hydraulic oil of the corresponding label in a timely manner according to the climate. Use No. 46 wear-resistant hydraulic oil in the season and No. 32 wear-resistant hydraulic oil in winter.
5. Clean the return oil filter element of the hydraulic oil tank every six months. If the filter element is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
