Key Process / Equipment Features

• Roll-Seaming (Mechanical Roll Seaming): Used for joining the bottom & upper cover with side-back-side panels. Automatic positioning, roll-seaming, and ejection. Operator involved in loading parts and final ejection.

• Bracket Clinching on Upper Cover: Manual loading, automatic clinching, manual removal.

• Adhesive Sealant Dispensing: Upper cover and bottom are manually placed, then transported via transverse moving module to robot-dispensing station. Inspection then unloading.

• Side-Back-Side Panel Processing: Includes clinching of bracket, U-bending, manual loading/unloading.

• Tub Sealing Support & Frame Reinforcement: Clinching of sealing support, frame reinforcements, hinge plate assembly.

• Surface Treatment: Bitumen Oven Line: After glue injection / roll-seaming and cleaning, bitumen is applied and baked with chain plate line.
