Description

1.Support IC incoming packaging in tape and reel,tray,and fully automatic loading.

2.Eight programming stations,1-8 programming stations can be customized to start.

3.Interchangeable programming between two packaging types (four modes), dual-head dual-nozzle, linear motor, offering higher precision, quieter operation, and greater efficiency.

4.Optional features: anti-stacking, dot marking, AOI, and laser marking.

5.The tray and tape can be converted to each other after programming.

6.Record the quantity of OK and NG,the operation is simple and convenient,and easy to use.

7.Top and bottom CCD cameras enable automatic positioning and deviation correction; the motion control card is equipped with an automatic tray feeder that supports up to 20 trays, enabling automatic loading and unloading.

It's very convenient to program to different packages.

It can accommodate six programming sockets (the size of the programming sockets depends on the chip size). When replacing chips with different packages, for chips of the same brand, only the socket size needs to be changed. For different brands, only the programmer and programming socket need to be changed, which is simple and convenient.

Chip for marking and dotting function

A dot function can be added when the tape is woven out.(Red, blue, yellow, green, orange)
