Description

1.Support IC incoming materials to be packaged in tape and reel, enabling tape in and out, and automatically packaged after programming is completed.

2.Production capacity 3500UPH, six programming stations, customized 1-6 programming stations to start, automatically distinguish OK and NG.

4.The programming plan can be stored, accessed for programming at any time, and the corresponding pro-gramming socket can be replaced by different packages.

5.Stable transmission structure ensures smooth operation and effectively protects ICs from damage.

6.Supports production data recording and statistics for process traceability and capacity management.

It's very convenient to program to different packages.

It can accommodate six programming sockets (the size of the programming sockets depends on the chip size). When replacing chips with different packages, for chips of the same brand, only the socket size needs to be changed. For different brands, only the programmer and programming socket need to be changed, which is simple and convenient.

Chip for marking and dotting function

A dot function can be added when the tape is woven out.(Red, blue, yellow, green, orange)
