The SUNTECHMACH 4DSY series four-cylinder electric pressure test pump is an ideal equipment for obtaining high-pressure liquid in laboratory and hydrostatic testing of pressure vessels, pipelines, boilers, valves and fire-fighting equipment. Specially designed for hydraulic testing: at the initial stage it delivers large flow for rapid liquid filling and pressure rise to shorten test time; when the pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, the flow automatically reduces for stable, slow pressurization. The pump therefore has two flows at high and low pressure and switches automatically. Any numerical hydrostatic test can be carried out below the rated discharge pressure. 4DSY series products have been applied to pressure testing in aviation and key national defense research projects, such as high-pressure blasting tests, deep-sea tests, space technology, high-temperature & high-pressure tests and special-shaped pipe tests.

Operation Guide

1. 1. Add oil before use (per the manual) — never run the pump without oil.
2. 2. Connect the pump to the test object with proper hoses and fittings.
3. 3. Fill the liquid and start the pump: large flow fills and pressurizes quickly.
4. 4. Above 1.6 MPa the flow auto-reduces for stable slow pressurization.
5. 5. Test only below the rated discharge pressure; use a calibrated gauge.
6. 6. After the test, release pressure slowly and shut down.
