1.Material Cutting
Cut the metal sheet to the desired size and thickness (0.1mm, 0.2mm, or 0.3mm), typically using stainless steel or corrosion-resistant alloys.
2. Material Cleaning
Clean the metal surface thoroughly to remove any grease, dust, or oxidation, ensuring proper adhesion of the photoresist layer.
3. Printing
Print the mesh pattern onto the metal surface using photolithography or digital printing, defining areas to be etched.
4. Exposure
Expose the photoresist to UV light, hardening the exposed areas while leaving the unexposed areas soft for removal.
5. Developing
Remove the unexposed photoresist, revealing the mesh pattern on the metal surface.
6. Etching
Submerge the metal sheet in an etching solution (e.g., ferric chloride) to dissolve the exposed metal and create the mesh design.
7. Stripping
Remove the remaining photoresist using a chemical stripper or solvent, leaving the etched mesh.
8. Data Inspection
Inspect the etched mesh under a microscope to ensure precision in hole size and spacing.
9. Final Check & Packaging
Conduct a final inspection, smooth any rough edges, and pack the mesh for shipping.
