The SF-1BML6 DC is a double cut (cross cut) rotary burr with an extended shank, designed for general purpose finishing, deburring, and surface smoothing on carbon steel, cast iron, and other ferrous metals. The double cut tooth pattern features two opposing flutes that produce a fine surface finish while minimizing vibration and chatter during operation, making it ideal for mold finishing, edge deburring, and precision work. The extended shank allows operators to reach deep cavities, narrow slots, and internal contours that standard-length burrs cannot access.

Manufactured from virgin carbide raw materials and silver brazed using fully automatic equipment, this burr ensures reliable head retention, consistent performance, and long tool life. Suitable for shipyards, mold shops, general fabrication, and repair work.
